Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Athens

Officers responded to a complaint of a man exposing himself to passing vehicles on Robert Hardeman Road near Lexington Road around 12:55am on December 9.
Officers located the man who was wearing revealing underwear. He was under the influence of alcohol.
Ismael Rodriguez, 24, Robert Hardeman Road, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication.
