Police: $10,000 Lawn Mower Reported Missing

THEFT BY TAKING 

Between 9 p.m. May 31 and 6 a.m. June 1 a 2005 Ford F150 with trailer was stolen from GardenSouth, 850 Cherokee Road. The trailer contained a lawn mower. After taking the theft report, the officer searched the area and located the truck and trailer off Cherokee Road. The lawn mower, an Exmark/Navigator, red in color, valued at $10,000, was missing. A 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 was damaged but left at the scene.

A woman was returning to her Merlin Drive residence around 8:30 p.m. June 1. She saw her 2006 Dodge Durango being driven down Lavender Road. After returning home, she discovered a TV valued at $300 had been stolen. The truck is grey, with Georgia tag AWF7321, and is valued at $5,000. A suspect was named.

A 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen from a Lake Place residence between 1 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. June 2. The car is black, with Georgia tag PHT7897, and is valued at $1,000.
