Report: Man Punched Teen After Finding the Boy Had Showered With Step-Daughter
He was charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children.
Police say an Athens man who is charged with assaulting a teen caught the 16-year-old showering with his step-daughter.
The Athens Banner-Herald reported Clinton Antonio Ward, 49, was charged with battery and first- and second-degree cruelty to children.
According to Athens-Clarke County police, Ward allegedly discovered the two were in the shower and waited in the living room. Some time after the teens came out, Ward allegedly assaulted the teen; he admitted to punching the boy.
