Two Arrested for Loitering and Prowling

At 2:30am on June 22, ACCPD officers saw two individuals standing outside the Oak Street Package Store, 367 Oak Street. When officers approached to investigate, the two ran around the rear of the business.
After a short pursuit, they were apprehended. Brannon Ray Lloyd, 21, Flowery Branch, Georgia, was arrested and charged with Loitering and Prowling. Eamonn Michael Smith, 20, Lawrenceville, GA, was also charged with Loitering and Prowling and additionally with Underage Possession of Alcohol.
There were signs indicating that an attempt had been made to force open the side door of the business, but it could not be shown that the two arrested had been involved in that attempt.
