UPDATE: Man Hit by Federal Express Truck Dies

The Athens Clarke County Police have reported that Roger Phillip Glass, III, 28, has died from injuries he sustained during a December 27th traffic accident.

Glass was walking on Atlanta Highway near Cleveland Road when a Federal Express 18-wheeler hit him. The accident happened around 10pm. 

Glass died at Athens Regional Medical Center. No charges have been filed. The investigation continues.
