Winterville Man Arrested for Allegedly Taking Photos Under Woman's Skirt
The alleged incident happened last November at the Lexington Road Wal Mart.
Do you remember the story of the "high tech peeping tom" from last November? A man described as having closely cropped gray hair was said to have put a camera and taken a photo under the skirt of a Wal Mart employee as she stocked a shelf.
On Monday, Athens Clarke County Police arrested Jonathan Scott McDermon, 39, of Beaverdam Road in Winterville, and charged him with felony eavesdropping in relation to the incident, according to a story in the Athens Banner Herald.

McDermon was booked into the Clarke County Jail and then released on a $5,000 bond three hours later, the story says.
