Woman Wonders if Man with Foot Fetish Photographed Her Toes

A woman accompanied a clean cut young black man into a study room at the Athens Clarke County Library, presumably to participate in a health survey.

She ended up taking off her shoes and wiggling her toes while he filmed her feet with a very small camera, according to a story in the Athens Banner Herald. 

Now police are investigating what the woman believes is someone with a foot fetish, the story says. The man was described as being about 20 years old, wearing a pink polo shirt and jeans, and as being very soft spoken.

The story says police will talk with library staff members in an attempt to locate the man.
