Women Threaten to Run Over Store Manager After Shoplifting

Three women threatened to run over the manager at Rugged Warehouse Sunday after shoplifting several bags of clothes, according to anreport.

The store manager told police that Sunday afternoon three middle-aged white women entered the store and began meandering around separately. The manager told police that one woman was in her mid-30s, white, 5-feet-9-inches with blonde hair and blue jean shorts. Another woman had white hair, no front teeth and was in her 50s. The third person was described as being in her 50s and having short blond hair and glasses.

The manager saw one of the women go into the dressing room with several articles of clothing and leave shortly after with full bags, according to the report. After a few minutes, all three women left. The manager followed the younger woman into the parking lot, where she told him that the other two women must have left her. However, the manager noticed a Ford truck nearby where the other two women were waiting.

After the youngest woman got in the driver's seat of the truck, the manager asked for the stolen goods back. One of the women handed him three pairs of YMI Blue Jeans, but did not hand over another bag full of items in the back seat.

The manager tried to go to the back seat to retrieve the remaining items, but when he opened the door the woman driving said if he didn't move she would run over him. She then started backing up, bumping him in the process. When the manager moved out of the way, the women left, travelling west on Atlanta Highway. 

No arrests were made. The investigation is ongoing.
