Public Hearing on Issuance of Solid Waste Handling Permit

The Athens Clarke County Unified Government will host a public hearing regarding the issuance of a Solid Waste Handling Permit by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division for the proposed Clarke Coutny-Athens Dunlap Road Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Phase 4 located at 5700 Lexington Hwy, Winterville, GA.

Citizens attending this meeting may give input on the proposed modifications to the existing municipal solid waste landfill.
