Clarke Schools Schedule Public Hearings on Proposed 2015 Budget
Both hearings are scheduled in May.
The Clarke County Board of Education has two public hearings scheduled to discuss its 2015 budget.
- Tues., May 13, Gaines Elementary School, 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
- Thurs., May 15, Alps Road Elementary School, 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
The Board recently tentatively approved its 2015 fiscal budget of nearly $125 million, as well a millage rate of 20 mills.
The public hearings are being held leading up to final adoption of the budget on June 12.
