Plantapalooza--Or, Plants-R-Us, Plants-A-Go-Go
There are more plants for sale around town this weekend than you can shake a trowel at.
This Saturday, from 8am until 2pm, you'll be able to find spring plants at three University of Georgia locations: The Trial Gardens on Green Street between Snelling and the Pharmacy School, the State Botanical Garden and the UGA Horticulture Club at the intersection of College Station and Riverbend.
All three venues will have free parking. And plants. And experts, like horticulture professor Allen Armitage at the Trial Gardens and horticulture professors at the Riverbend location, and curators and master gardeners at the Botanical Garden.
