Samaritan Yoga begins in January 2012! Classes support wellness and will also offer therapeutic options for depression, anxiety, stress, and limited movement. Great way to start the new year! Cultivate a quiet mind and a peaceful heart with Samaritan Yoga.

* Yoga for Stress & Anxiety : Relieve post-holiday & New Year stress. Learn to manage your anxiety through simple Yoga postures and breathing techniques. Release tension from an over-worked body and mind. Soothe and balance the nervous system with the breath.

Yoga classes run 6 weeks $60 per session/$12 drop- in
