You register online and keep track of how much time you've spent walking or exercising each day. If you chose one day to play tennis instead of walk, you can just enter your alternative with the time you spent playing and the computer program will convert the activity into miles. As you accumulate miles, you'll plot your progress as your move along on a virtual map of Georgia, seeing things of interest in the areas where you "walk."
