The Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia has a rich history of community and charitable connections in Georgia, and is open to girls ages 5 through 17. It offers girls and young women a chance to make friends, serve their community and build a sense of character and self-esteem that will stay with them for years to come. Activities involve camps, personal leadership projects in a variety of fields, community service and even world travel. Charitable and civic services encompass a wide range of focuses, from environmentalism to animal welfare, hunger and international relief. Volunteers and donations are always accepted and of course, the Girl Scouts offer an annual cookie sale.
This location is the Athens Service Center branch of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia.
