Raintree and Fairfax is an older apartment community of one bedroom units that come as either studios, one bedroom or one bedroom plus study apartments. Units are available on the ground floor or second floor, accessible via staircase. Because the apartments are set so far off South Milledge Avenue, it is a quiet residency. Raintree and Fairfax is located right next to a bus stop for both UGA and city of Athens in addition to being close to shopping. The minimum lease is six months. Two agents are always on duty to handle leasing issues.

They don't care for their residence, no manner at all.
