The Georgia Center
706-542-3451
Located on the University of Georgia campus, The Georgia Center is a multipurpose facility offering hotel accommodations, conference space, a cafe, lounge and restaurant. The Georgia Center hosts local, state, regional, national and international conferences, and has 200 rooms and 11 suites. It also handles wedding and other private receptions. Guests in the UGA Suite — decorated in red and black, of course — can enjoy the bulldog memorabilia donated by Sonny and Cecelia Seiler, who have bred the many bulldog mascots for the University of Georgia football team. Guests receive a stuffed bulldog and a photo of UGA when they checkout. The Georgia Center also provides personal and professional development courses. The Georgia Center is one of the sites from which a shuttle ferries people to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
