More than 40 employers expected to participate in the 'Hiring Our Heroes' job fair for veterans and military spouses in Duluth.
Chattahoochee American Legion Post 251 in Duluth will be the site of a “Hiring Our Heroes” job fair for military veterans and their spouses sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce National Chamber Foundation, the American Legion and SunTrust Tuesday, Jan. 29. More than 40 employers, ranging from large corporations to small companies, are expected to participate in the job fair from 9 a.m. to noon. Jobs will be available for veterans and military spouses of all ranks and levels of experience, according to a press release issued by the U.S. Chamber. “Hiring Our Heroes” has sponsored more than 400 hiring job fairs nationwide since its launch in March 2012 and helped more than 14,000 veterans and their spouses find employment.
