  It's the start of a new year. For many Americans, this means the beginning of resolutions involving fitness and weight loss. Athens Patch is asking local experts for advice about improving one's health by exercising more and eating better.  Here, Clint Watson offers two siimple ideas for getting in better physical condition. 1. Set reasonable exercise expectations. Set yourself up for success by setting a more moderate weekly exercise goal (like 3 days per week). Too often people set too aggressive a goal (like 5 days per week) which in actuality sets them up for failure rather than success.
