Pork Sausages Recalled
The sausage products were distributed in Georgia, among others, and may contain small pieces of plastic.
The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service has announced a product recall due to the possible presence of small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves. Smithfield Packing Company of Virginia is recalling approximately 38,000 pounds of pork sausage that may contain small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves.
