Have you visited Stone Mountain's Snow Mountain yet? This winter wonderland is just a short drive from Athens. Snow Mountain offers guests of all ages a variety of activities that involve that white, cold, fluffy stuff we wait all year to play in. Man made snow and lots of it awaits visitors at the park. Snow Mountain remains open through January and even a few weeks into February, closing on Feb. 18, 2013. Here are several of the activities you may choose to enjoy when visiting the mountain: Avalanche Alley: Family tube ride for guests at least 36" tall, max of 5 riders per tube.
