Arrest in Peeping Tom Case – Cartersville Patch For an Acworth man accused of peeping on a woman in her home, it was his own distinctive tattoos that led to his arrest. Chase Thomas Kirby, 25, also of Lake Shore Circle, was positively identified—due to his several distinctive tattoos—as the alleged peeping Tom who committed lewd sexual acts and exposed himself in front of the woman's home surveillance cameras. Kirby was arrested and charged with stalking, public indecency and criminal trespass.
