Job Opening with Clarke County Health Department

Specialty Care Clinic of the Clarke County Health Department is seeking an individual to perform social services functions at an advanced level to patients who are HIV positive and their families. Responsibilities include completion of complex psychococial assessments, treatment team participation and treatment planning/monitoring. This employee performs intake processes, ensuring patients' information is in order to process applications and serves as a liaision between patients and physicians, community resources, etc. Qualifications include a master's degree and eligibility to be licensed or a bachelor's degree in a related field and two year of experience in a social service delivery area.
