Associate accountant — Assists with all the responsibilities of performing various accounting procedures in the Tate Student Center Business Office. Expectations include assisting with the bank reconciliation, preparing and reconciling month-end reports, assisting with administration of the Student Activity Fee, posting revenue and expenditures to fee-funded accounts, and preparing budget amendments and journal vouchers.

CPC administrative associate I — Responsible for greeting, receiving and checking in clients of the CVM Community Practice Clinic. Accurately collects and processes daily monetary transactions for CPC clients and reconciles at end of shift. Also maintains records of patients and clients in UVIS so information is always precise and updated, among additional duties. 

Administrative assistant II, part time — Serves as receptionist, signing in and signing out clients. Maintains client records, schedules appointments, receives and posts payments to computer system. Assigns parking permits to clients. Gives clients information on HIPPA. Works with confidential information concerning clients and students. Deals closely with public, both on phone and in person.

Building services worker I — Performs a variety of cleaning and related duties in and around a residence hall. 

Cook I — Responsible for aiding the head cook in the designing of menus, preparation and service of food, and maintaining supplies and overall cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas.

Editor — This position involves editing and coordinating production of Institute of Government and Public Service and Outreach publications to ensure quality, accuracy and appropriateness for audiences. Includes substantive copy editing and proofreading.  

Administrative specialist I — Provides administrative support for the Associate Dean and for all functions assigned to and managed by the office of the Assoc Dean for Academic Affairs.
