The man had been banned from the apartment complex where the incident occurred.

A Barrow County man has pleaded guilty to running naked around a Mitchell Bridge apartment complex, wagging his penis at women, a man and a police officer.

According to a story in the Athens Banner Herald, Clifford Eric Atkinson, 29, of Bethlehem also said he was guilty of fighting with a police officers and damaging a car belonging to a resident of The Preserve of Athens, from which he had been banned. The incidents happened in July 16th, the story says.
